If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns within 3 days of package delivery. You can return your product for store credit or you can receive your refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Returned items must have the tags still on and must be returned in the original product packaging.
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Policies to obtain your refund
Once we receive the product we proceed to review it, if we see that the product is in perfect condition, we proceed to make your refund.
Within 72 hours you will have your refund in the account previously registered.
